Business Enterprise Solutions

Precise Systems supports the development, management, and oversight of various Acquisition Management System (AMS) tools and software applications deployed command-wide across the NAVAIR Enterprise as well as at select external organizations (Naval Supply Systems Command, United States Air Force, United States Marine Corps, United States Army, and United States Coast Guard). In particular, the tools being developed for the AMS, standardize and streamline common program management and procurement functions. Specifically, a centralized AMS data site is provided to access applications that are necessary for the management and execution of procurements and requirements. We support the operation, development, sustainment, training and management of AMS web-based applications and technologies. These support acquisition management and other emerging custom developed applications, workflow products, and SharePoint solutions. Precise performs the application and database program requirements analysis, user case analysis, design, development, testing, training and implementation of revisions, updates, and additions to the AMS tools and software.
Software Development

Precise System develops business enterprise web solutions and other web applications using the Microsoft .NET platform. We utilize the latest technologies approved and supported by our NAVAIR, Marine Corps, and Air Force customers. The team utilizes an agile software development methodology as a framework to help enforce management and control within the development life-cycle, while lending itself to what our customers really want, which is responsiveness to their changes during development with regular evaluation of software maturation. We support the full life-cycle of software development including project management oversight, system architecture support, web interface design, software development, quality assurance and testing, and the development and delivery of end user training. Our applications are hosted on government provided infrastructure and we provide development and architecture that is compliant with the government development guidelines, and applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).

SharePoint

Our SharePoint implementations are designed to be flexible to accommodate our customers’ organizational structure and tailored to meet their unique specifications. We utilize the entire suite of Microsoft tools, including InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio; our team develops, configures, documents, tests, and supports customer procedures and processes in SharePoint. We utilize out of the box workflow solutions and Nintex Workflows to create custom process driven workflows and forms to optimize overall cycle-time for document reviews, approvals, information dissemination, and other internal processes. Our .NET SharePoint solutions are designed to run internally or externally to SharePoint and leverage the strengths of SharePoint for collaboration while efficiently storing important data in a relation database.
