Precise Systems announces the award of a 5-year, $77M contract to provide project management, acquisition management, administrative, and technical support services to PMA-231, the E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office. PMA-231 provides the E-2C Hawkeye, E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, Hawkeye 2000, and the C-2A Greyhound fleet with acquisition strategy, logistics, and sustainment solutions.
Precise is partnered with KBR; RCW, LLC; LTS Consulting; Deloitte Consulting; and StraCon Services Group to develop, coordinate, and staff acquisition documentation; provide material management support; and support PMA-231 requirements planning and execution of E-2 and C-2 Flight Plans. This includes evaluating and updating Technical Program Measure (TPM) and Key Performance Parameter (KPP) assessments, supporting the Program Security Manager, and preparing test strategies and developing demonstration and experimentation plans for service-wide and/or joint experimentation events such as Trident Warrior, Empire Challenge, and Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment.
