Precise Systems Awarded PMA-209 Common Avionics Programs (CAP)

LEXINGTON PARK, MD, December 1, 2015 — Precise Systems announces the award of a $49.7M contract to support PMA-209 Common Avionics Programs (CAP). CAP teams take broadly stated warfighter requirements and translate them into operational products for various Navy, Department of Defense, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) aircraft platforms to meet emerging operational requirements in a network centric environment and are in concert with Naval Aviation Enterprise’s vision and goals for warfighting capability in the 21st Century. Precise and our teammates will be providing acquisition, programmatic, engineering, technical and logistic services in support of in production CAP systems and capabilities. Work on this contract will be performed at Patuxent River, MD. Precise Systems subcontractors include SAIC and DCS Corporation.
