Precise Systems would like to welcome Pete Williams, who recently retired after
serving as a Rear Admiral in the United States Navy. He has recently joined the Precise Systems team as Vice
President and head of our NAS Patuxent River office. Pete, a former career naval officer, brings a wealth of experience
in program management, systems engineering, logistics, and industrial operations. As a Navy flag officer, Pete served in
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) as the Commander for the Aviation Depots, the Assistant Commander for Logistics and
Industrial Operations, and the Program Executive Officer, Tactical Aircraft Programs. Earlier tours included the F-14
Aircraft Program Manager and the NAVAIR Director of Systems Engineering. Before joining the Acquisition Professional
Community, Pete served in a variety of fleet aviation positions which led to his selection for command of an operational
F-14 fighter squadron. He is DAWIA Level 3 certified in Program Management and Systems Planning, Research, Development,
and Engineering.
