Precise Systems takes great pride in announcing that Mr. Lindy Kirkland has been promoted to the position of Virginia Operations Manager for the company. In this new role, Mr. Kirkland will be responsible for managing projects at Quantico, Ft. Belvoir, and other Virginia locations and developing strategic partnerships. Mr. Kirkland previously served as Precise Systems’ Project Manager for the Presidential Helicopter Replacement Program (PMA-274) at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Mr. Kirkland retired from the United States Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel in June 2006 after accumulating over 4500 flight hours in 38 types of aircraft.
