Precise Systems Implements an “Employee Stock Ownership Plan”
Lexington Park, MD. — On June 28 at the summer “All Hands” meeting, Precise Systems announced the formation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for its employees. Implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan affords its employees the opportunity to share in the ownership of Precise Systems and benefit from its continued success. The ESOP enhances the company’s already impressive employee benefits package by providing ownership of Precise Systems stock as an added benefit.
